Shipping Policy

Here you will find all information you need about how we post and deliver our lovely tea. Due to Covid-19, deliveries may be delayed beyond our control, but we'll do all that we can to ensure that you get your tea as soon as possible (we're as excited for you to drink it as you are!).

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

UK Standard Delivery is £3.50. Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked once dispatched. All deliveries will be made within 3-5 working days after you place your order (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Order tracking is available with your tracking number which will be emailed to you.

If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left and your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office for collection. Royal Mail may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place if they think it is safe to do so. A delivery card will be left to let you know this has been done.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday or Sundays. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently do not accept International orders, although this may change in the future, so do keep checking back!

Return & Exchange Policy

We are dedicated to ensuring that you love your product like we do, and that it will be delivered with the same quality and care that it has left us in.

 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we do offer returns and exchanges for items. This applies to all of our products, which are unused and in an "as new" condition.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and undamaged (in the same condition that you received it). It must also be in the original packaging with the original delivery note. We cannot refund any items that have been opened for hygiene reasons.

 

If there has been a change of mind, please return the item to the sellers address (noted on the original packaging) at your expense, within 30 days. We are unable to refund our postage costs as we have had to incur this cost sending your order out.

 

A proof of purchase receipt and tracking link of the parcel is required to be sent to contact@chaiblue.co.uk so that we can process the refund. Chai Blue are not responsible for goods that are returned to us that are lost in transit. Please retain proof of purchase.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and to receive the funds.

Chai Blue does not offer refunds due to dislike of taste nor efficacy.

Any customer who is concerned their product is damaged or faulty can contact us with an attached image via contact@chaiblue.co.uk, where we can discuss this with you further.

We do not offer refunds for delayed items.

 

If your tracking number shows that your parcel has been delivered, Chai Blue are not responsible for replacement and / or refund of the purchased order.
